opinions please!

I saw this being talked about in another post, but I was unable to find it so I will ask again here.

I've have been working hard on becoming a more positive person but theres one main thing that I have been debating whether to quit or not and I cannot decide if it is blocking me from growing spiritually: Marijuana! I have been trying to quit drinking alcohol, which has been going very well, but I am debating about quitting smoking marijuana for good. I have already cut back a lot on smoking marijuana, but quitting completely right now is hard because marijuana gives me numerous positive benefits. I use it as a medicine or a healing plant, rather than a "drug". I used to have anger issues, getting mad at the stupidest things, and marijuana has helped me change positively. Smoking marijuana helps me stay calm, relaxed, and puts me in a positive mood when I am feeling angry or stressed. I feel that it also helps me meditate, clear my mind of stress, and helps me focus when needed (especially with school). I don't feel any regrets or negative feelings when I smoke marijuana, because I feel that it is ok that I use it in good moderation and for good reasons. I also don't plan on smoking forever, just mainly until I finish up school. Is marijuana blocking me from growing spiritually? I know this is probably an ambiguous subject but I just wanted some opinions...thanks
